Hiya
I used to have that problem with FS (and a lot more!) I ended up contacting them (took forever to make contact) and all was well, eventually, but the past few days when d/l, a file, it will stop for no reason then I have to start again. I find Filesonic much better and quicker.
Good luck!

I had the same thing and downloaded FileZila and it works with FS
http://filezilla-project.org/
After downloading it and it comes up filezila
In the host line type: FTP.Fileserve.com
Username: type your name with FS
Password: Go to FS and get your original password from
My account then click edit account and click FTP and it will show it.
You dont need port #
click quick connect and you should be on line.
Find the file and right click and choose upload.
Good luck

Transload is in the "Donators Request" section, and only for donators... Also you can't see that section unless you have donated already (hidden thread)

Description from thread= "In this section you can request just about anything and we will trans-load those files to Your preferred File Host"

What that means is (if you are a donator) you only need 1 premium account. (I use FileServe since it is most used here, and works well usually) Then when you make a request, you just mention that you want it filled with FS, or whatever, and they will do thier best to upload it for you.

For me, much better to donate than keep buying premiums all over...
