any update on shragle?

It took me three hours to download 6 files today.

i am not talking about download speed, its the time it took shragle to give the signal to idm to download the files.

also the time you have to download a file that you have queued in idm is crap, you nearly always have to re add it to the queue because the session has expired

they don't even reply to support queries.

i don't have time to be waiting for shragle to make up its mind whether i can download files or whether their servers are going to crash.

Have you tried with different download manager, I personally don't like IDM and never use it

I agree with you 100% Raptor1, Shragle is a pain in the bum and I have tried 4 download managers. After spending so much time queuing each file (as you only get html files using the multi d/loader), only to have them time out, that's when & only when Shragle decides the file can be used. I won't be renewing with them, they should be paying us to use their server. And no, they never answer any queries, oh I did get one reply from someone saying he had been on holidays, what the?? there's only one person? nah, it isn't worth the headaches, sorry

Using idm when queuing alot of files said 'file not found' when clearly its an active link, very frustrating.

I use jdownloader and I usually have no problems with Shragle. I just copy the links and I'm good to go.

Ok, i now that shragle is not 100 % functional , but I have files that are downloaded more that 600 times for 7 day period, so they are not so bad as I can see from some of your posts.

For example when i am uploading daily updates ( early morning in my country 06:30 AM , yes I am awake every day 2 hours before I go to my real JOb just to upload daily updates ) download speed is 2.5-3 MB/s , upload speed goes to 7MB.

So I will try to google it and give you ideal download manager for shragle

when i go to my father to download (because my internet sucks big time at the moment) i downloaded many files from shragle (350 mb files) and it goes on full speed i also use IDM and no problems with getting the download, however i nticed if it is a file of 700 mb it goes on 30 kb/s, i have 10 m/s and with 350 mb file it ges on 10 mb as a free user
