It seems that the problems with FF have continued. Is there any update on what the problem is or if it will ever be fixed?

i have figure out how to upload,coz i wasnt able to log in from linux,only chrome browser has work.I will start to update posts on monday.

no im not using jd,wasnt able to access ff from my server thats run under linux os

i just got back yesterday so i dont really know whats going on with FF

i guess the new FF was made and they are migrating all the files

they let users log in and upload but noone can download from the site? and its been over a month that its been like this

is there a way around this i made the url new.filefactory.com but this also didnt work

EDIT:I did get a page to load for the first time today and it seems to be working just fine now

As of today, JDownloader will still not recognize my FF account as premium, I even deleted and re-installed JD to try that. Hope things will get sorted out soon. 

Must be a super headache for poor Jedan...

uh this will be a long time trouble but we can only  wait and share workarounds how to download from ff.
switching to another filehost and start all from the scratch isnt an option for me,it would costs to much time and money.
so we facing all the same issues and should have patience...
i figure out that only with chrome and ftp i can upload so far,freshuploads i have manage to download either only with chrome,file search and download mostly dosent works for me.with mozzila i cant log in any acc its ends up site not found error.maybe switch browswears are a way.

eventually Jdownloader will update the plugin and everyone will be back

and the FF page is working now maybe it will stay working because is also working on firefox now

I have tried this today as well.  It seems that any new files that you are able to upload, you can download, but any of the older files that are here are not avaliable to download.  So what Jedan did today we can download but anything older we most likely can't.  It looks like it will be process before we can download everything.

FYI, I made a request at the JD support yesterday and they did indeed find the problem with logging into FF premium. As of today they have updated their -plugin and it is now working for me.
