The sad thing is I think you're really going to get this from any host eventually. Oh it might take a few months for it to happen but eventually it will happen everywhere. 
I think it's why we all flock from new host to new host as they get stricter. The life for downloading is really hard because it's made next to impossible by gov'ts that really crack down on the websites.
