It averaged about 300-440 kb/sec.

avg 200kb/sec
premium - 950 kb/sec - 1 mb/sec
also very fast to process files with idm. with shragle idm often has to wait up to 2 minutes before shragle will resolve the download. also the download later option with idm does not work with shragle, you have to reload the file to get a new session.
cloudcache.cc will download straight away when you select download later or download now with idm
atm cloudcache.cc seems to be the best for me
shragle is ok as a backup, because it is so undependable with messages of files not found and having to reload the files into idm up to 2 or 3 times before the file will download

I downloaded "Jericho" on cloudcache.cc and it took 28 minutes. My download speeds were between 215 and 250 kB/s but probably averaged 235-240kB/s.

And that is good I think as a free user, right now they are promising download speeds for free users at 600kb/s
